Your use of "Physics Master" app constitutes your acceptance of the Terms of Use in the following.
For students: (1) We provide you with this App tool to learn and ask questions about University Physics. However, you should not copy or post our App contents in any form in any other websites or apps. The question answer is for account owner's personal use and should not be used for any other purposes, nor can it be posted in any form in another website or app. Once such an activity is found, the user account will be subject to removal. (2) Questions should be written in English. (3) If you are not satisfied with the answer you get, you can send an email to declineAns@zappedin.com with your username, email, question number, and a brief reason for declination. A moderator will look into the request as soon as possible. If the moderator find the answer to be incorrect, the moderator or another tutor will take over the question and provide you with an updated answer. (4) In the case that your question is reasonable but none of our moderators can answer the question after your declination of the previous answer, you will be refunded the reward points and the question will be put back in the question pool waiting for an answer. (5) If your question is unreasonable or unrelated to physics, you will be advised to retract the question. If you do not take any action, the question will be removed from the question pool by our moderators. (6) Repeated posting of questions unrelated to physics can lead to your account removal.
For tutors: (1) As a tutor, you should try your best to answer a question as quickly and accurately as possible. (2) Answers should be written in English. (3) If you are not totally sure about how to solve a question, please decline the question as soon as possible so that another tutor can step in and solve the question. (4) If you find that you cannot be fully devoted to a question immediately after you accept the question, please decline the question and release it back to the question pool. A prolonged delay in answering a question that is held in your account can have a negative impact to your tutor status. (5) If there are multiple declinations or complaints of your answers, your tutor status may be revoked. (6) If there are malicious activities in your account, your tutor status will be revoked and your account will be removed.
